Precautions for purchasing cylinder liners of mud pumps
When purchasing the cylinder liner of mud pump, first check the standard size and drawing number of the standard cylinder liner. The installed cylinder liner must have the same size group code as the standard cylinder liner. Only in this way can the standard fit clearance be ensured.
Precautions for installation and use
First: it is strictly forbidden to throw, smash or hit the cylinder liner of the mud pump. If the cylinder liner needs to be lowered, it should be done slowly.
Secondly, during installation, try to ensure that the metal part of the mud pump piston and the inner wall of the mud pump cylinder liner do not have eccentric wear. If eccentric wear occurs, it should be corrected as soon as possible.
Third, it is strictly forbidden to directly hit the cylinder liner with weights such as hammers. When knocking, wood and other materials must be padded and gently knocked to play a cushioning role.
Fourth: when the equipment stops below 0 ℃ for a long time in winter, the mud in the suction chamber should be discharged to prevent the mud from freezing and cracking the cylinder liner of the mud pump barrel.
