* HNA is one of the key enterprises of China Special Steel Association and Casting Association, which has long been cooperating with universities and research institutes and is the doctoral research and development base of first class universities. There are over 70 researchers with medium and high professional occupations, thus we have a powerful technology team that is an integration of R&D, Design, Production and Sales & Services.

* HNA has own technology of mold design and fabrication, as well as the development of formula of high performance casting alloy. For example, HNA Liner Inner Sleeve is made of high content Chromium iron and pig iron using centrifugal casting technology, (at present stage in China, only Qingdao TSC and HNA company have been applying this unique casting method and inner sleeve composition formula, mutually developed with  American customers since 1998), which greatly improves the wear resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance and high corrosion performance of drilling fluid, and greatly improves the service life under various working conditions.

HNA also developed unique Advanced Compound Alloy Bimetal Liner, using our own casting alloy formulation and casting technology, to achieve an over 2,000 hours service life of bimetal liner.  

* HNA annual output is 150,000 ton high-quality steel casting, 100,000 ton steel forgings. Our main production equipment are: three 32 ton electric arc furnaces, 32 ton LF,VD, each kind one, one 15 ton VODC furnace, dozens of sand mold equipment and silica solution mold investment casting equipment.  

* HNA casting products are mainly all kinds of big and small casting parts and machine accessories widely applied in such industries as O&G, wind power, chemical engineering, machinery, automobile, vessel, power station, metallurgy, mining, and petrochemical industries.
