HNA 600S-TWS horizontal plunger pump is a new single role, bias type, reciprocating triplex intermittent duty pump. It consists of three parts: power side, slow down boxes, hydraulic components side. It has the maximum brake horsepower to 600BHP (450KW) of the pump with small size, great power, and high pressure, large flow features. HNA 600S-TWS intermittent duty pump is suitable for oil well service work, such as: acidizing, cementing, gravel packing, snubbing operation, etc., and is a best choice for high-pressure well cementing. It is fully compatible to SPM TWS 600S pump.

* Reducer of the pump could be installed in 17 locations, making it more convenient to adapt to different driving routes.
* Pump head can be one body matching with different sizes of plunger and seal packing assembly to form series of interchangeable pump(2-1/2”pump ,2-3/4”pump ,3” pump ,3-1/2” pump ,4” pump ,4-1/2” pump), to meet different requirements of the pressure and displacement.
* Optional packing assembly, valve assembly, discharge & suction flange and manifold in order to adapt to meet the various requirements of different media and different environment
* The use of bias-type structure, so that the size and weight of the pump is reduced.
