*One-Piece Forged Valve Body is based on an extreme pressure well service valve design and meets the demands of nowadays’ most hostile drilling environments worldwide. The one-piece tough integral valve body with central guide stem increases structural strength of the valve body with very high tensile strength for longer operation life, and allows much greater flow area and reduced abrasion. The one-piece forged valve body provides superior strength, longer run times, and reduced cost.

* The central stem guide design valve body is available to matching with 4 web, 3 web and 2 web valve seat. The central stem guide is with hardened surface offers high anti-abrasion performance and extended service life, and provides precisely balanced guiding and landing of the valve onto the seat and therefore better sealing performance and shock absorption when valve closes. It also allows much greater flow area than bottom guided valve, with a lighter weight feature and is more suitable for large flow rate pumping application at high pumping speed.

* Nut Type Design offers precise control of insert loading via a removable screwed on nut retainer plate with hammer lugs so the insert can be replaced in the operation field much easier and quicker with minimum down time

* Replaceable Polyurethane valve insert reduces operation cost
